Hi, I'm Brittany.
While I am new to the massage therapy world, I am not new to the human body.I bring over 26 years of hands on experience working with the human body through martial arts competition and coaching, roller derby, and occupational safety. I deeply understand how bodies move, what they do to try to protect themselves, and what happens when the body is pushed beyond its limit. I have first hand experience in all of these.I am a Certified Safety Professional through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, which is one of the most recognized occupational safety certifications in the world. Fifteen years that I've spent in the field and in the corporate world working with people at every level, from custodians and front line employees to executive teams. I focus on ergonomics, injury prevention, best safety practices, and lone worker safety.I am a NASM certified stretching and flexibility coach. And I currently offer mobile assisted stretching sessions in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. I come to you - no commute, no waiting room, no others. Just hands and a focused session designed around you, your body, and your goals.Full service mobile massage therapy will be coming in Fall 2026.I built Rest Assured Wellness because healing should be accessible, personal, and delivered with genuine care. That is what I bring to every session.
Services and Prices
Please note that our first session will be longer than listed due to assessments and goal creation. Please ensure to accommodate for an extra 15 mins for the first session. There is no additional cost associated with this assessment.Mobile Assisted Stretching (Currently available) includes an assessment, your goals, and how to achieve them. I will be using PNF, MET, and soon enough, NRT. The simple version of these techniques is that they train your brain to retrain your muscles to relax and stretch further. This is like those stretch companies, but I come to you! I am certified through NASM for stretching and flexibility:

Wellness Without Walls is a nonprofit initiative currently in development, born from the same belief that drives Rest Assured Wellness: that healing belongs to everyone. This goes beyond those who can afford, who has the transportation for it, and time.
When launched, Wellness Without Walls will bring mobile massage therapy and assisted stretching services directly to underserved communities in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas and will include veterans, survivors of trauma, elderly individuals with limited mobility, and others.
You will be treated with the same respect and kindness as anybody else, and we ask the same. We are all human and deserve to be treated as such.
